Supported Independent Living (SIL)
MCT Care provides Service: Supported Independent Living (SIL) for who is under NDIS. We support/assist the persons with disability on daily tasks in a shared living environment, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as independently as possible. We use a person-centred approach to achieve the participants’ goal.
We ensure delivery of the best quality of services to our participants with paramount focus on their safety, wellbeing, dignity and privacy. We provide 24/7 support through your supported independent living plan to ensure to reach your service goal. Some examples of services in SIL but not limited are
- 24/7 Registered Nurse
- 24/7 Assisted daily living supports with trained and friendly staffs
- Assist in finance and budgeting
- Assist with cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Provide personal care; showering and dressing
- Assist in catching public transport
- Daily skills training
- Medication Assistance
- Assistance in hospital visit
- Community participation
- Hospital Escorting
- and Support with visiting family
- Therapy Support (Physio, OT, psychologist…).
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Our SDA approved houses have wheelchair accessible, Hoist, Accessible bathroom with rails, convenient parking, Separate entertainment/training hall.
We provide the following services to our participants on “Feel at home” environment:
- Modified homes and assisted technology.
- We have daily, weekly and monthly menu and provide fresh meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and supper.
- 24/7 personal care support.
- Nursing care and clinical care such as wound management, peg feeding, catheter, insulin administration, pain management and so on.
- Assistance in transport
- Leisure activities: movies, cooking, special lunches, BBQ and concerts and so on.
- Assist in taking part in participants cultural and religious activities.

MCT care provides short term accommodation with highly qualified and experienced staff in a home environment with support, care and respectful environment. Our short term accommodation services can offer you the chance to involve in different activities and meet a range of new people. We always make sure your support needs are met with the best outcomes.
We provide in house services like Personal care, meal preparation, washing clothes, medication administer as per the requirement of the participants by using a person-centred approach.

Short-Term Accommodation With Community at the Centre
Our Short-Term Accommodation service is designed to combine safe, supported respite with active NDIS community participation in Sydney. During your stay, our staff organise local outings — markets, parks, cultural events, social groups, and community activities — so that every short stay adds real value to your NDIS goals. We work closely with your Support Coordinator to ensure community participation activities are documented and reported against your plan.
